Returns Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, such as being unsafe or significantly different from its description. For returns, please contact us at sales@adelaidesafety.com.au for authorisation. Returns should be sent to our warehouse at 2 Islington Court, Dudley Park SA 5008, accompanied by proof of purchase.
